A partnership is formed
We are pleased to announce that Caistor Cares will work in association with Friendship at Home, a charity that has been providing befriending services for over 10 years in North East Lincolnshire. They have agreed to help with our procedures, policies and training as part of their Rural Outreach Programme.
Official Launch Date Confirmed
The official launch date for Caistor Cares is set as 12th June, to coincide with her Majesty The Queen’s 90th birthday celebrations. Under the guidance of Social Secretary, Bridget Turner, a Welcome Party is to be organised in Caistor Town Hall, which is free of charge to all residents of Caistor and district over the age of 60.
The birth of Caistor Cares
Following a well-attended public meeting in January 2016, Caistor Cares is established and a committee formed.
